If your site or blog is meant to harass the subject (and I only apply this if it's a real person i.e. J pop or rock artiste) we can't have you. If this rule applies against you, we also suggest you check with your lawyers to make sure you're not up and coming for a defamation suit.

3. You must have a blog or a site whereby you flaunt your obsession. Now, it's not strictly necessary that the blog or site be dedicated solely to that "character" or that the layout is only based on that "character" but there must be some write up at least declaring your undying devotion (point it out to us).

4. If you change your obsession and that's understandable, please update your info and drop us a mail. If not, after a reasonable lapse of time, we shall assume you sold your site to someone else and will remove you from the ring. Similarly, if you discontinue your site or change links please let us know. It's only nice.
